The common way of buying and selling is to operate commercials in papers, etc. I strongly advise you get copies of tax rules before you take into account this…there are extremely stringent principles to obey when you trade, equal for equivalent, unequal for equal, and so forth. You begin with a verified appraisal of your house and go from there. You then run ads in the papers of the area you want to go to, stating worth, want to trade. It is a start.
