Problem by : Will manufactured home trade-in worth and land-in-lieu value be credited on a loan for a new mf’d property?
I currently have a mortgage loan for a manufactured house which sits on my own land. My husband and I want to get a greater manufactured property employing land-in-lieu of cash down cost. If the trade-in worth on the aged residence is $ twenty,000 and the the land appraisal is $ 20,000, will $ forty,000 be credited versus the new bank loan volume?
